WHAT IS A SWEAT CLASS?
A Sweat class is the epitome of revived fitness. We get you moving to live DJ’s playing the hottest tracks and your favorite throwback’s, keeping your heart in sync with the B.P.M. Sweat classes focus on full body fitness, along with targeted sculpting, as each class is geared toward working specific muscle groups, every class ends with a dynamic dance element, where some of the industry’s finest show you the slickest moves, worthy enough to bring back to the club!

Break out your legwarmers and cut looose to all your favorite 80′s TV and movie soundtracks! This high energy class will have you reaching for your sweat rags not only from all the frantic footwork, but from laughing so hard remembering those perms. What a feeling!

Bent out of shape? This class is Designed to target your many neglected and achy back muscles while strengthening your core. Don’t worry, we got you!
Tyson, Jordan, Jackson. Get it in with a creative array of boxing and basketball drills before getting bad with the king of pop, learning some of his signature moves to his timeless tracks! Leave that 9-5 up on the shelf and just enjoy yourself…
Say it with your chest!
Hit the racks and get into some serious weight training. Combined with power moves and strengthening, this class focuses on shaping up those pecs and ‘ceps!
Let’s do the twist! Inspired by 50′s rock ‘n roll and swingin’ 60′s moves, this class engages your core, targeting your obliques and those stubborn lower abs. This class incorporates small apparatus to give you that extra push!
Envious of those tight ballet bods? Then get ready for one MEAN workout! This technical class focuses on posture, core and lower body strength, prepping you for the spotlight.
Friday Night Lights
Ramp up your Fridays with a combination of high energy cardio based on football drills followed by a kick ass dance class ready to take from the Sweat Club to the night club! It’s happy hour without the hangover…
You ready to drop and give us 20? It’s bootcamp like you’ve never experienced before! Get trained by our very own Sergeant, active in the US Military, and strengthen your entire body with focus on stamina and endurance.
